the owner of two businesses that are driven by their

misinformation and being left on hold, not just once, but
for several days---all for me and my business!

I would like to take a moment to express our gratitude to Universal Webb Studios for all they have done for Precision Concepts. I researched several companies prior to establishing our website and
Universal Webb Studios was the first to return with ideas and suggestions, their price was far and beyond the best in comparison. They took my layout information and turned it into a wonderful site and hosts it for us as well. We have had no problems whatsoever with our site at all. At the time we first started, the address we actually wanted was taken, so we had to improvise and use another. At a later date, Universal
Webb Studios was the one who found that our preferred address had not been renewed and was available, and after a phone call, they took care of securing this address for us and immediately set up our site at the new address. They are constantly in touch with us to make sure everything is going well and provided us with a CD of the different images and photographs that are contained in our site, so that we would have them easily available to include in press releases or print advertising. I would recommend that you utilize Universal Webb Studios if you are contemplating creating or making a change in your web site.

When others wouldn’t or couldn’t provide the

run a web site dedicated to providing an application of
proven biorhythm science to the sports handicapping art.
Every week of the NFL season we provide biorhythm
analysis of the starting players for each National Football
League game in a side-by-side comparison.

I highly recommend Universal Web Studios for many reasons. Previously, I was using another service to host my sites, and had bad experiences with their customer support. I decided to switch to Universal Web Studios, and my old web host was not at all cooperative, and refused to release my IP. After unsucessfully trying to work with them and Network Solutions, I turned to Universal Web Studios and within matter of days, they had everything straightened out, and my site was up and running on his servers. Needless to say, I was very impressed with his level of service and commitment, which is indeed very rare these days.
Having my sites hosted with Universal Web Studios gives me peace of mind. I don't need to worry about obscure technical glitches and details, as Universal Web Studios takes care of all of this and lets me concentrate on my main business and most importantly, my customers.
